Health and Wellness Plans
Eligibility

You are eligible to participate if you are a regular status, salaried employee of Travelers scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week. Your dependents are also eligible for coverage if they meet the eligibility requirements and you elect coverage under the plan.

Eligible dependents include your spouse, your dependent children, your sponsored dependents, your domestic partner and your domestic partner's children. In general, dependent children and sponsored dependents must be unmarried, under age 19, or under age 25 if a full-time student. Your dependent children are defined as your natural, adopted or step children or children of your domestic partner. A sponsored dependent is defined as a child for whom you have legal guardianship.

Review your covered dependents to ensure that they are benefit eligible. If you have an ineligible dependent enrolled in your benefits (e.g., married child, ex-spouse, etc.), you should contact the Employee Services Unit (ESU) at 4-ESU@travelers.com or 800.441.4378 and ask to have the individual removed. Knowingly covering ineligible dependents may jeopardize your benefit eligibility. Additional information can be found on the Dependent Eligibility Audit Program page.

Domestic partner coverage is available under the plan subject to the Domestic Partner Affidavit and Agreement. For more information, visit the Domestic Partner Eligibility Information page.
