The PTO Purchase Cash Out System closes at 11:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, December 1. Employees who have not made an election, and who will not be able to use their 2009 purchased PTO by year-end, will need to access the PTO Purchase Cash Out System prior to the December 1 deadline.
