The Service Award Program is designed to recognize the continued service of our employees.

Anniversaries
Travelers employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service receive a personalized Lucite desk piece commemorating their anniversary. Employees celebrating 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 years of service will also receive a gift that they select from the Service Award site.
Retirements
To honor employees who are retiring from the company, Travelers offers a mantle clock as recognition for their contributions over the years. If employees retire during one of the celebratory service years cited above, and they have reached their anniversary date prior to their retirement, they will also receive a Lucite desk piece and a gift selection, if applicable.

Eligibility
All regular status employees, regardless of hours worked, are eligible to receive a service award.
