Overview
If you are unable to work due to an occupational or non-occupational injury or illness, Workers' Compensation, along with Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, help protect your income by replacing a portion of your lost earnings.
The Company automatically provides Workers' Compensation and Short-Term Disability coverage. Synchrony (Travelers and MetLife) administers the Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Workers' Compensation benefit programs for Travelers employees.

Eligibility
Leaves of absence may be granted to employees who are disabled as a result of work-related injuries.
Cost
This is a company-provided benefit; there is no cost to the employee.
