The Travelers Deferred Compensation Plan allows eligible employees an opportunity to defer additional current income beyond the 401(k) Plan limits. |
| Generally, you are eligible if you are a salaried employee of Travelers or an affiliate, your base salary is at least $150,000, and you are designated as eligible to participate. Annual benefits enrollment typically occurs in December for participation in the next plan year. Eligible new hires have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll in the plan. You will be notified if you are eligible to enroll in the plan and will be provided with enrollment instructions at that time.
