Overview

Travelers offers a comprehensive vision program that provides both vision testing and frame/lenses benefits. The vision plan is administered by EyeMed Vision Care and insured by Combined Insurance Company of America. Please note that the covered services described in this section are in addition to the eye exam and vision benefits that may be offered through your medical plan.

Eligibility

You are eligible to participate if you are a regular status, salaried employee of Travelers scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week. Your dependents are also eligible for coverage if they meet the eligibility requirements and you elect coverage under the plan.

Cost

Travelers has negotiated premiums with EyeMed Vision Care. You pay for vision plan coverage with pre-tax payroll deductions. The cost is determined by the level of coverage you select.
