High Deductible Plan Overview

Overview

The United Healthcare (UHC) High Deductible Plan is a medical plan that allows you to use a network provider or another provider of your choice. Because UHC has negotiated a service fee, using a network provider may save you out-of-pocket costs. This plan provides catastrophic coverage. The High Deductible Plan is available to all employees.

For a high-level overview of coverage, refer to the High Deductible Plan overview.
