Overview
The Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Plan offers both in- and out-of-network benefits. It is an "open access" plan which means that you do not have to select a primary care physician and, if you need to see a specialist, you can do so without a referral. The BCBS Plan is offered to employees who have access to at least two primary care physicians within 15 miles of their home or office location address.
For a high-level overview of coverage, refer to the BCBS plan overview.
