How Do I Enroll?
New employees
New employees can enroll through the Benefits Enrollment System within 31 days of their date of hire.
Current employees
Current employees may change their benefit elections within 31 days of a Qualified Status Change event if the change in benefit coverage is consistent with the Qualified Status Change. To make benefit changes due to a Qualified Status Change, contact the Employee Services Unit (ESU) at 4-ESU@travelers.com or 800.441.4378. For additional information regarding Qualified Status Change events, please refer to the Qualified Status Changes Benefit Plan Summary (PDF).
