Under ARRA, if you become eligible for continuation coverage as a result of an involuntary termination between September 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009, and you are not eligible for Medicare or other group health plan coverage, you may be eligible for a 65 percent subsidy toward your continuation coverage premiums, for up to nine months.
